Raquel Berenger is a Research Engineer at the SOM Research Lab at the Internet Interdisciplinary Institute (IN3) of the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) in Barcelona (Spain), where she is also a Data Science Master’s student. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UOC, where she first joined the SOM team during her undergraduate internship.
While Raquel brings solid industry experience in backend web development (PHP/Symfony), her work during the internship sparked a shift toward the research field. Her current research and engineering interests focus on Machine Learning and Knowledge Discovery.
